SHIPPING POLICY
Luxe by Monif C. provides FREE domestic shipping within the United States.
International Shipments will incur a shipping fee of $45.
Each package will be shipped signature confirmation and are insured. Please Note: We ONLY ship to the billing address for your credit card.
We ship from the United States and international shipments will incur customs/duty fees as per your country's customs/duty laws.
DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks after placing the order, please inform us promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues.
WRONG ADDRESS
We cannot be held accountable for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the address entered to ensure the order is delivered correctly. If you realize that your address is incorrect after the package has been shipped, please contact the shipper right away.
I missed my shipment delivery. What do I do?
If a delivery attempt was made and you were not home, check the shipping notification and your email for how to arrange for a pickup or redelivery. Please note that we have no control over this process. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, they become responsible for the safe delivery of your items.
If you do not make arrangements to get your package, it will be shipped back to us. Upon receiving the package, if you want us to resend it to you, a $35 redelivery fee will be applied.
