Shipping Policy
Every Luxe wig is handmade to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your wig to be made before it ships. We’re not able to take rush orders at this time.

Free shipping within the United States. International orders have a $45 shipping fee, plus any customs or duty fees set by your country. We ship from the United States.

Every package is insured and shipped with signature confirmation. We only ship to the billing address on your payment card.

Delivery: Once your wig ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 10–14 business days internationally. Please track your package, and if it hasn’t arrived within two weeks of shipping, let us know right away at info@luxewigsbymonifc.com.

Wrong address: We can’t be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, so please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after your order ships, contact the carrier right away.

Missed a delivery? Follow the carrier’s instructions in your shipping email to arrange pickup or redelivery. Once the package is with the carrier, they’re responsible for delivering it. If a package is returned to us, a $35 fee applies to reship it.
