All of our wigs are made to order and will take 4-6 weeks.  We HIGHLY recommend ordering with enough time to receive for your vacation/function, etc.  Please note, we do not have the capacity at this time to take rush orders along with current high volume of orders.

Please note that all wigs are pre-ordered and will take 4-6 weeks to be completed. Unfortunately we are not at this time able to take rush orders so please be sure you can allow for the 4-6 weeks processing time when ordering.

When calculating how long it will take to receive your order please add the following timeline to the 4-6 weeks processing time.

• 3-5 business days within the United States
• 10-14 business days internationally

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email automatically.

No, Luxe Wigs will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments.  We highly recommend you wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.

Once your wig order has been placed, we will immediately begin working on it. As such we do not allow cancellations on wig orders. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Luxe by Monif C. provides FREE domestic shipping within the United States.

International Shipments will incur a shipping fee of $45.

Each package will be shipped signature confirmation and are insured. Please Note: We ONLY ship to the billing address for your credit card.

We ship from the United States and international shipments will incur customs/duty fees as per your country's customs/duty laws.

DELIVERY 

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks after placing the order, please inform us promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues. 

WRONG ADDRESS 

We cannot be held accountable for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the address entered to ensure the order is delivered correctly. If you realize that your address is incorrect after the package has been shipped, please contact the shipper right away.

I missed my shipment delivery. What do I do?

If a delivery attempt was made and you were not home, check the shipping notification and your email for how to arrange for a pickup or redelivery. Please note that we have no control over this process. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, they become responsible for the safe delivery of your items.

If you do not make arrangements to get your package, it will be shipped back to us. Upon receiving the package, if you want us to resend it to you, a $35 redelivery fee will be applied.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.

In the unusual event that your wig was received and is incorrect, please email us at info@luxewigsbymonifc.com.

Please inform us within 2 business days of receipt of your wig. We request that you provide pictures to document what is incorrect about the wig. If we determine that your wig is indeed incorrect, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the wig to us at no charge. Once received and inspected, will provide you a store credit towards another wig. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way. Please also do not cut the lace on your wig prior to inspecting it to make sure you are satisfied with your wig. Cutting the lace unfortunately disqualifies the wig from being returned.

Braided wigs beginners or first-time users should install in a salon by a professional hairstylist. After that, you can easily install it by yourself.

When you first receive your braided wig, take it out of the package and stretch it out fingers combined because the packaging might make them fold/wrinkle. By doing this, it'll make the wig go back to its normal state.

• How To Wash: Dip midway into a bowl of lukewarm water with a few drops of shampoo and then rinse afterward. The whole purpose of dipping the wig into lukewarm water is to get rid of sweat and dust after usage.
• Drying The Wig: The best way to dry a braided wig is underneath direct sunlight in an open-air space. Nothing comes close to natural daylight and natural air. It is best to let your wig dry overnight and have a backup version on hand if you need to wear one right away. Blow drying a braided wig is acceptable, but you should blow with care to avoid hair frizz. Apply hair mousse while wet and as desired from time to time when dry to keep frayed hair away. Always hang upright with the tips straight too. You can hang them on a wig hanger, a standard house hanger, on a mannequin, or a suspended rope.
• Wig Conditioner/Cream: Depending on the braided wig you have, you should spray a conditioner every time you wear your wig or apply a cream version to keep the shine. 

DON'T DO THE FOLLOWING

• Do not have your braided wig tied up too often because doing this will leave the ends looking tacky.
• Do not plait the end of the braids if you don't know how.
• Unless you already know how to maintain braided wigs, do not sleep with your braided wig on because that will result in many frayed hairs appearing.

Good maintenance is the key to getting good value for your money. No matter how good something is, if not properly maintained, it will wither away.
