Luxe Review Sweepstakes: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Luxe Wigs LLC, 300 Creek View Road #209, Newark, Delaware 19711 ("Sponsor"). This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or Loox.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Drawing Periods
This is an ongoing quarterly sweepstakes. The first Drawing Period begins on October 23, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. After that, each Drawing Period runs for one calendar quarter (January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, and October 1 to December 31), ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the quarter. Entries are eligible only for the Drawing Period in which they are received. Sponsor may end the sweepstakes at the close of any Drawing Period by posting notice on this page.
4. How to Enter
Method 1: Photo or video review. Submit a review that includes at least one photo or video of your Luxe wig through the review request email you receive after delivery, or on the product page at luxewigsbymonifc.com.
Method 2: Free entry by email (no purchase necessary). Send an email to info@luxewigsbymonifc.com with the subject line "Enter me" and include your full name and mailing address.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Drawing Period, regardless of the entry method used. Both methods have an equal chance of winning. Reviews do not need to be positive to be entered. All honest reviews that meet these rules count equally, and the content or rating of a review has no effect on your chances of winning. Reviews must be your own, show the actual Luxe wig you received, and follow the review guidelines on our site; reviews that are fake, offensive or submitted on someone else's behalf will be void. Entries that are incomplete, automated or submitted in violation of these rules will be void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per Drawing Period will receive one (1) Luxe braided wig of the winner's choice, in available colors, cap sizes and standard lengths, with an approximate retail value of up to $500 USD. If the winner chooses a wig priced above $500, the prize value may be applied toward that wig and the winner may pay the difference. Custom lengths and custom color mixes are not included. The prize includes free shipping within the United States. Each wig is handmade to order; please allow 3–4 weeks after the winner's selections are confirmed. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Drawing Period, within approximately ten (10) days after the Drawing Period ends. The drawing for the first Drawing Period will take place on or about January 10, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours with their wig choice, color, cap size, length and shipping details; otherwise an alternate winner may be selected. The winner's first name and last initial may be announced by email and on Sponsor's social media.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs its integrity. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
